You can submit your files
to us via email attachment,
or we can download via URL.

a combination of stock photography
such as istockphotos.com,
bigstockphotos, 123rf.com
which are relatively inexpensive
and images/graphics that
related to your business

- How is your design process
works?
- We receive your order.

for my banners?
We give 3 (three) revisions. Further
revisions will incur a $4.00 for each revisions.
- Why only 3 revisions, why
cant more?
With our prices, this is a very
good bargain :-)
- What types of
changes/revisions are allowed?
You may request changes such
as color, text positioning,
animated frame positioning,
etc. You may NOT request changes
made to the overall size of
the banner, nor may you request
a complete re-write of the advertisement
text. This will be considered
a different banner and normal
fees will be charged.
- How long before I receive
my banners?
Usually we will sent you your
first revisions within 24 hours
depending on the volume of your
order. If below 2 banners usually
we sent it to you within 24 hours.
If you purchase any of our packages,
usually the turn around is more
likely within 48-72 hours. However, we will contact you personally
and give you the ETA for your
orders.
- What is a .PSD or a
source file?
Basically, a .PSD or a source
file is a file type which can
be opened using Adobe Photoshop
so that our clients would have
the option of modifying the web
banner design should they decide
to do so. Having the source files
allows you to modify your banners
without having to ask us for assistance.
Although, if you are having trouble
editing your source file, contact
us and we will do our best to
assist you.
- Do you include the .PSD
file?
Only on our Business and Super Pack. However you can add $5 per psd file on a single banner order.
- What kind of format of banners
do you design, flash or gif?
For the price that we are offering,
only gif format are availabe at
this point.
- What if I'm not happy with
my design?
If you've seen our work, you will
be satisfied.
- Can i have a refund?
After all the banners and work
we've done for you? :-) We do
not provide refund or credit. As we said,
we will work all the way with
you. No worries, our work is under
the word 'satisfaction' :-) That
is the testimonial we've received
from our clients.
- I need to order a different
size, a custom work, how can i do that?
You can contact us with, and we
will give you a quote.
- Can i have certain file
size, let say a 250x250 banner
size below 15kb?
Yes, we surely can design any
file size you want but please
note that the lower the size,
the less color and animation will
be apply to your banners.
It all depends on how you want
it.
- What kind of payment do you
accept?
At the moment, we accepting payments
only thru Paypal
- Do you accept banner
designs for ADULT oriented web sites?
Yes, we do accept banner design

- How long i have to
wait for you to complete my website?
Here how it works, within
72 hours after we receive your
partial payment, we will show
you a mock-up of the design. Once
its approve, we will sent to you
the complete design for another
72 hours. Overall, the whole process
will only took for 7 days and
you'll be up and running.
- How many revisions
your client get?
For our one single page
design package, only 1 revisions
are allowed but for our custom
web design packages, the client
get 3 revisions.
- Do your client get
all the files?
Yes they will receive
HTML, CSS and Graphics files (jpg,
gif,png etc) except for the source
files (psd, fonts).
- How much do you charge
if the client need the source
file?
An additional one time
fee RM100.00/US$35.00 is needed
for the client to have all the
files.
- Why do you charge extra
for the client to receive the
source file?
This only apply for my
One Single Page package, for my
custom web design, they will receive
all files, period!
- What domain name should
I choose?
This depends. The common
way is to choose the name that
will reflect your company/name
and easy to remember.
- How is the payment process
done?
Before we begin anything, a 30%
downpayment is require for me
to start your project. Another
50% is require once you have approve
the design and the balance 20%
before i hand over you the file
and make your site 'live'.
- Is your single page
package, a static or dynamic website?
Its a static website
with a few simple dynamic code.
- Can I choose you to
design my site and use my own
web hosting?
Yes, you can use your
own hosting.
- What after sales service

You can hire my website
