  • How is your CUSTOM GRAPHICS design process works?

  • How many revisions i get for my banners?
    Unlimited revisions for each banner or banner sets.
  • How many conceptual design for my banners?
    One conceptual design (CD) per banner sets unless you have agree with our designer for an additional fee for an extra CD.
  • What types of changes/revisions are allowed within the unlimited revisions?
    You may request changes such as:
    • Color
    • Text Positioning
    • Animated Frame Positioning

  • You may NOT request changes such as:
    • Overall Banner Size
    • Overall Layout Design (except agreement for more than 1 conceptual design)
    • Request a Complete Re-Write of the Advertisement Text
    • Request an Additional Image with Photographic Copyright
  • Once you sent me the approved version of my banners, can i still request for a modifications?
    Yes, but with a small fee of $5.00 for a one time modification PER BANNER. Please note once you approved your banners, it officially completed. Further request will occur the above fee.
  • How long before I receive my banners?
    Usually we will sent you your first revisions within 24 hours depending on the volume of your order. If below 2 banners usually we sent it to you within 24 hours. If you purchase any of our packages, usually the turn around is more likely within 48-72 hours. However, we will contact you personally and give you the ETA for your orders.
  • What is a .PSD or a source file?
    Basically, a .PSD or a source file is a file type which can be opened using Adobe Photoshop so that our clients would have the option of modifying the web banner design should they decide to do so. Having the source files allows you to modify your banners without having to ask us for assistance. Although, if you are having trouble editing your source file, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Do you include the .PSD files?
    Depends on the promotion we are running from time to time. We will stated FREE PSD's if the promotion will include PSD's on our Banner Packs. By default, all our Banner sets (Budget, Business and Super) will NOT include the PSD's. However our normal price is $9.95 per PSD file on a single banner order. Please note the PSD is without the original font use on a banner. A small fee is required to include the font with the PSD.
  • Does PSD file include the font as well?
    Yes and No. It is depends on our discretion. Please contact us if you want to include the font too.
  • What kind of format of banners do you design, flash or gif?
    For the price that we are offering, only gif format are availabe at this point.
  • Can i have other format other than gif such as png, jpg as well or in gif non-animated version of my banners?
    Yes with the price as follows:
    • Per banner (any size) (per format eg: png, jpg, gif non-animated) - $8.95
    • Budget Pack (per pack) (per format eg: png, jpg, gif non-animated) - $19.95
    • Business Pack (per pack) (per format eg: png, jpg, gif non-animated) - $24.95
    • Super Pack (per pack) (per format eg: png, jpg, gif non-animated) - $29.95

    Please note that our default version of banners will only be in gif animated format unless agreed between you and our designer otherwise.
  • Since available in gif format in animation, can you also give me the each slide without the animation as well?
    NO! The banners we offering are only available for 1 (one) version of the format. You can have each slide of the gif with the same amount of the banner price.
  • What if I'm not happy with my design?
    If you've seen our work, you will be satisfied.
  • Can i have a refund?
    After all the banners and work we've done for you? :-) We DO NOT provide refund or credit. As we said, we will work all the way with you. No worries, our work is under the words 'satisfaction' and 'happy' :-) That is the testimonial we've received from our clients.
  • I need to order a different size, a custom work, how can i do that?
    You can contact us with, and we will give you a quote.
  • Can i have certain file size, let say a 250x250 banner size below 15kb?
    Yes, we surely can design any file size you want but please note that the lower the size, the less color and animation will be apply to your banners. It all depends on how you want it.
  • What kind of payment do you accept?
    At the moment, we accepting payments only thru Paypal

  • How long does it take to build a web site?
    On average it takes 14 to 30 days but can be less or more depending on the exact project.
  • How do I submit my texts ?
    You as our client can submit your text to us in a standard word processor format via Email attachment.
  • Will you write the text for the web site?
    Of course! We offer an affordable extra services for our clients. To find out more about the different maintenance plans, contact us using our contact form.
  • How do I submit my pictures, logo ?
    You can submit your files to us via email attachment, or we can download via URL. All pictures, graphics and logos should be .JPG or .GIF files.
  • Can you provide graphics that are relevant to my business?
    Sure we can, we will use a combination of stock photography such as istockphotos.com, bigstockphotos, 123rf.com which are relatively inexpensive and images/graphics that related to your business or industry to help create a professional design for your website.
  • Can you make flash animations for my web site?
    Yes, we can design animations, intros and presentations. For more information please contact us using our contact form.
  • This is my first project. How should I prepare myself?
    Let us do the work. We will help to understand hows your website works and how it can help to make your viewers understand the purpose of it.

    Absolutely, we encourage you to use it and also we can incorporate it with your new theme.

  • How long will it take to create a logo for me?
    The logo samples will be provided within 24-48 hours and if any correction or redesign, it would take another 24 hours.
  • What if i am not satisfied with the logo samples?
    We provide 2 original concept and from there we will work out until you satisfied.
  • What about web templates, do you design custom templates?
    Yes, we design custom HTML web templates with include 2 pages (a main page + inner page) with full graphics starting only USD75.00. If interested, please contact us for more information.
  • Will I need IRCOM to maintain my website once it's developed?
    Its totally on you. To save time and more reliable up-to-date services, and yes we can deliver it out to you when ever you need us to do so.
  • Do you redesign existing websites?
    Yes i do. I can redesign, retaining your company corporate style or i can redesign to give you a complete new image.
  • Do you provide domain registration and web hosting?
    Yes, we do.
  • What after sales service you provide?
    You can hire my website service maintenance optionally.
  • Do you offer technical support to customers?
    Absolutely. We have partnered with several top web hosting company which has been is business between 5-10 years and they have skilled technical support team to assist you 24x7 in regular basis when ever you encounter problem with your hosting.
  • Who owns the website once the website design is completed?
    The website belongs to you, i send you a copy of the website via email or cd (optional).
  • Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?
